New Members

If you are interested in joining PBCAD, please click here to download the form and email completed form to membership@pbcadfla.org or you can mail completed form along with payment to the mailing address below.

You can send membership dues by using Zelle or send a check payable to Palm Beach County Association of the Deaf to the mailing address below.

Existing Members

Existing PBCAD members do not need to complete Membership form.  Please wait for an announcement in our eBlast which usually comes in January.   We will provide instructions on how to renew your membership.
